It is difficult and risky to manage them as they are live and they are not mostly permanent like other industries. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the Human Resource Management (HRM) in the construction industry. However, past research has been done on HRM are mostly qualitative and there is a lack of quantitative research. Due to this lack of quantitative research, there is no good-developed framework for factors affecting HRM in the construction industry. This paper presents the analysis of factors affecting human resource management of 95 respondents from various construction firms of central Gujarat region using RII method.
